Bebe Cool Still Dreams of Becoming a Global Artist

Musician Moses Ssali alias Big Size Bebe Cool has said that he still harbors of becoming a global artist. Speaking in an interview on NBS TV, the Gagamel boss said that it doesn’t matter if he makes it or not.
What matters most is that this is his target, and he believes that to make it, he’s got to release good music that young people can affiliate with. The singer said that sometimes the songs he releases are not just for his liking but rather for the fans.
“I still want to go global, doesn’t matter if I make it or not, but that is my target, and for me to make it there, I have to release music that the young people want and not necessarily what I want,” Gagamel boss BebeCool explained his album and song selection.
The singer recently released his much-anticipated Break The Chains Album that’s currently doing well on different social media platforms. Bebe Cool decided to tap into the Afro Beats craze to entice the young listeners around the globe.
On this album, he’s got only two features, and that’s one of Uganda’s current top budding musicians, Joshua Baraka on Cheque, and Nigeria’s Yemi Alade on African Love.

WATCH: TikToker Chicken Chicken Apologizes to Rwanda & Kagame for Negative Remarks

Renowned TikToker Anthony Katongole, more commonly known as Chicken Chicken, has apologized and asked for forgiveness from the President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, as well as the people of the country, following his negative remarks about the nation.
While appearing on Baba TV and in a YouTube interview a few days ago, Chicken Chicken disparaged Rwanda.
He said that, unlike popular belief that the tiny nation is a very developed and world-class destination, it’s quite the opposite.
Chicken revealed how he was surprised to find grass thatched houses amid Kigali ghettos. Additionally, he said that the apartments there, as well as the roads, are very tiny.
He didn’t stop there before saying that even the beautiful girls always seen on social media from Rwanda are hard to find on the streets.

Compared to Uganda, Chicken Chicken said that the Museveni led nation is far better than Rwanda, and this is why most Rwandans don’t want to go back when they come to Uganda.
This did not sit well with Rwandans, as well as Kagame, and hostilities towards the young Ugandan have been visible on social media. It should be noted that Rwanda has invested a lot in creating visibility as a premier destination for many across the globe.
Its sponsorship for some of the best football clubs in Europe, like Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, and PSG have placed it at the top. World-class musicians, events have all happened there, and it’s clear to see why they don’t tolerate any negative publicity.
The hostility has now prompted Chicken Chicken to go on his knees and ask for forgiveness from those he wronged, including Kagame. He said that he’s a young man who learns from his mistakes, and upsetting several people wasn’t his goal. Besides, he doesn’t want to end up dead or in jail for the rest of his life.
