Esther Nyawiro’s Offline Life Won My Heart- Ykee Benda

Published

In an era where social media presence is everything, Ugandan singer Ykee Benda decided taking a different route in love — one rooted in privacy, peace, and genuine connection.

The ‘Farmer’ hitmaker recently proposed to his longtime partner, Esther Nyawiro, and revealed that one of the things that instantly got him in love was the fact that she’s not on social media at all.

Despite Esther’s elite background — a law degree from Makerere and education from top local schools — her complete absence from digital platforms was not only refreshing but a clear sign to Ykee that she wasn’t driven by public attention or validation.

“In a world where everyone wants to be seen, she’s okay being in the background,” he shared, hinting at the kind of grounded, low-drama love he’s come to value.

Their relationship, which quietly progressed over four years following Ykee’s painful breakup with ex-partner Julie Batenga, has brought him peace after a rough emotional patch marked by custody battles and depression over their son, Dante.

The Mpaka Records CEO said that even now his fiancee isn’t active on social media. It’s him who tries to get her to be active but she doesn’t fancy that lifestyle.

Alien Skin in Panic as Aisha Namusoke’s Father Demands Justice Over Assault Claims

Controversial Ugandan singer Alien Skin real name Patrick Mulwana, is once again facing backlash—this time from the father of his longtime partner, Aisha Namusoke, who has accused him of abuse and abandonment.

Aisha recently filed a complaint at Katwe Police Station, alleging that the Sitya Dange singer assaulted her and threw her out of their home in Makindye.

The couple reportedly shares three children after being together for nearly nine years. Aisha claims she was forced out at night and separated from her children, leaving her emotionally and physically wounded.

The situation has now drawn the attention of her father, who says he had lost touch with his daughter after separating from her mother years ago. Seeing Aisha with injuries broke him, and he now demands that Alien Skin be held accountable for his actions.

“This man has never introduced himself to me. I don’t know him, and he has no right to harm my child,” said the visibly emotional father. “If we ever meet face-to-face, only one of us would walk away.”

He also criticized Alien Skin’s public image, describing his stage name as “dark” and “troubling,” and questioned how someone with a conscience could hurt another person’s child.

Meanwhile, police say investigations are underway. Luke Owoyesigire, deputy police spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan, confirmed the matter is being handled, and Alien Skin has been summoned for questioning.

The case continues to stir public interest, with many calling for a fair and thorough inquiry to ensure justice for the alleged victim.
